Even the bills they issued didn't match the tariff, and when I pointed it out they wouldn't correct them. They only explained things when asked, and there was nobody from management available to take an escalation. It seemed to be just two receptionists trying to help without enough support or guidance. The way staff handled customers was awful. They treated us as if we worked for them, showed no regard for people or the money paid, and expected us to accept management mistakes without conditions or an apology. Rules were brought up as if we should already know them, though they hadn't been mentioned, sent, or posted. When something isn't working, management should at least explain and ask customers to bear with them if it can't be fixed straight away. I couldn't understand how a service business could operate this way. They don't seem to know how to treat customers, and I doubt anyone will care about these comments. The management was the worst I've seen.

Balumurgan Sir at reception helped me recover an important, auspicious item I left behind after checkout. I called a day later, and he went out of his way to find it and keep it safe. That honesty made me feel this was a trustworthy and safe place to stay. I had a fantastic stay at Chennai Season 4 Teynampet, and would highly recommend it.

The staff were consistently polite, courteous, and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling. I also found the room comfortable and well kept, with a great ambience that made the stay relaxing. It was a lovely experience. I'd recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay again.

The location is the strongest point, and the staff were helpful and polite. My experience was good overall, though the hotel could improve the WiFi and afternoon room service, and get the restaurant running again.
