The room was tiny, noisy, and smelled awful, with no proper windows to keep the traffic sound out. We couldn't bear it and left early, but the owner refused to refund any of our money. Staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful throughout. The owner had also raised the prices sharply because many people from the community were in town, which felt like taking advantage of the situation. I wouldn't recommend this for families or anyone wanting a comfortable stay.

The rooms are small, but fine for two people, and breakfast is included. Everything was neat and clean, the service was good, and the location worked well, near Arumbakkam metro and Vadapalani murugan temple. Manager naveen gave good directions and guidance. Thank you navin ji.

Getting around is easy from this prime spot, with the airport, bus stand, railway station, and metro station all well connected. Churches, mosques, and temples are nearby too. A good place to stay for families or business trips.

The AC room was noisy and unpleasant, and it was full of mosquitoes. There wasn't anyone available to carry luggage, either. Calling this a business class hotel feels like a joke, more like a mosquito class. The owner was rude. Avoid it and look for somewhere better nearby if you want a peaceful stay.

The room was clean and neat, with a good ambience, and the service people were kind. It felt very secure and safe. A big request to the manager, please close the widow form mosquito net. Thanks to all the room servent persons. Good for all.
