I arrived before my 2 AM check-in, and they kindly let me in at 10:30 PM. The staff were polite and made me feel comfortable. The affordable room was clean, well maintained, and had no bad smell. All the amenities were working properly, so it was a pleasant stay at Hotel Half Moon Palace.

They asked me to pay at the property even though I'd already prepaid. The place was substandard, with lizards around, and there was no Wi-Fi. The amenities shown in the pictures weren't what they provided. On top of that, booking one property could mean being sent to their sister property. It felt like a total scam.

The room smelled damp and unpleasant, and there were bed bugs, which made the stay really uncomfortable. The location was unclean as well. Hygiene and maintenance need serious attention.

The service was not bad, and the lift worked, as did the AC and geyser. But the rooms have no windows, and both the rooms and the location weren't that good.

Room service was okay, but the room quality and cost don't make this a place I'd choose. I found roaches and mosquitoes, and there was no hot water. These were the worst rooms I've stayed in.
