The room was comfortable, in good condition and clean, and it was easy to get to nearby places from this well-located hotel. The area is very convenient. The price felt a little high for what was offered, and it was inconvenient that delivery staff weren’t allowed inside.

At Naksha Tree, Koyambedu, I found a clean, well-kept place that made for a comfortable stay. The staff were courteous, attentive and ready to help, and the convenient location made travel easy. It was a pleasant and satisfying visit, and I’d highly recommend Naksha Tree Koyambedu for a quality stay.

The A/C barely cooled the room, which made my stay uncomfortable, and the staff weren’t helpful when I needed customer service. They also charged more than my online booking price and billed me for the complimentary water bottles. That wasn’t acceptable, and overall it was a bad experience.

Maintenance was poor, and the tariff didn’t feel worthwhile. I was given a room on the third floor, but the lift wasn’t working, so at 70 years old I had to climb all the way up. The phone didn’t work either. The bathroom bucket was leaking and they couldn’t replace it. Water also got clogged and took almost five minutes to clear.
