Day Inn By OYO Rooms

We had booked ahead and paid in full, but the staff were rude and unprofessional when we arrived. We asked to speak with someone else to sort things out, and got, “I am the Manager.” They spoke as though guests were begging for a room. If you care about being treated with respect, I’d avoid this property.

A bitter stay. The rooms weren't clean, the towels were dirty, and the customer service fell short. I wouldn't recommend it for families, and it doesn't seem suitable for older people.

It’s really an apartment set up like a hotel, with a shared living room, kitchen, and dining hall. Seems good for families.

The service here is very poor, and the location is in a residential area. It doesn't seem suited to group bookings, since we had unwanted visitors turn up at midnight and wake us with, “breathe slowly, you are being heard”.
