They don’t wash the bedsheets or pillow covers, and the water management and cleaning are very poor. It’s a very bad place, better avoided.

We booked an AC room but were given a non-AC one. We accepted the check-in anyway, but the room was in terrible condition, not neat or clean. The bedsheet hadn’t been changed, and there was fungus all over it and the walls. We argued and asked for another room. The one they gave us is in the photo, with no pipe and no proper toilet facility. We checked in late at night, lost our sleep, and left. Think carefully before booking. The reality is different.

I stayed for 15 days. The room itself was good, but there was no regular cleaning or room service unless we asked. The lift didn’t work the whole time, and they said it was being repaired. They didn’t even provide the complimentary water bottle included with the room booking. The shower didn’t work, and the door handles were broken.

We were with our two-year-old, who struggled to sleep, and I couldn’t sleep at all because it was too hot. Reception staff were very bad at responding to questions.
