I spent five days here and found the atmosphere quiet and relaxing, which worked well for resting or getting work done. My room was roomy, clean, well ventilated, and full of natural light. The staff were polite and made sure things went smoothly. It was a pleasant stay, and I’d like to return.

We stayed one night. The room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable, but the complimentary breakfast was poor. At 8:15 a.m. the idly was cold, and the pongal was like porridge. Breakfast was served on the top floor, where there was no fan and the AC wasn’t working. The food didn’t feel worth the money. The stay itself was okay.

The staff were very helpful, and the clean, spacious rooms felt like good value. It’s easy to spot on OMR road. Road expansion is underway, so you have to park outside and carry your luggage in. At night there was nobody to help with the bags, so keep that in mind. The basics are covered, and it’s good value overall.

They charged extra for unexpected things, and visitors weren’t allowed. Room service was lacking too. I had to ask several times to get the room cleaned. The AC sometimes didn’t work and made ridiculous noises at night. For five days, the “complimentary breakfast” was idli sambar from a cheap roadside place. It felt like they were just keen to squeeze more money out of guests.

The rooms were large, tidy, and clean, and the facilities and quality were top notch. One downside was the lift, which was only for service use.
