Orange Residency - Near Mumbai International Airport

I wasn't satisfied with the facilities, and the location didn't suit me. The service was terrible, staff behavior was poor, and the whole stay was disappointing. I expected much better and can't recommend this hotel.

I've been coming here for a long time, but customer service has become very bad. Umesh, the previous receptionist, was polite, customer friendly, and provided excellent service. Since he left, the new receptionist has been giving awful service and not keeping commitments. Rooms get cleaned and made hygienic only after we've checked in, and check-in is always delayed. I booked today but didn't check in because of repeated false commitments. I'll never visit Orange Residency again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, and customer service was bad. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. I'd rather stay somewhere better, anywhere else. Please avoid it.

There were lots of tiny cockroaches around the room. The geyser didn't heat the water at all, not even to warm, and the TV remote didn't work. The tower bolt also wouldn't lock properly. At midnight, I arrived with five other people and a baby. When we asked about paying through the OYO app, the staff member insisted we pay at the hotel. He got angry when we asked why and refused to give us a room. We somehow convinced him to let us in. I guess he was drunk. The service guy demanded extra service money even though we said it was included in the rent. He threatened not to provide service or anything we asked for, so we paid extra. Even after that, service was poor. We had to request every single thing, and he would look for it and bring it. We had to ask for towels and soap, and the geyser and door lock issues were never fixed.
