When I booked, I made it clear I had six pieces of luggage and needed a lift, as well as a city view like the pictures showed. They approved it, but on arrival I found the whole building under construction, with no lift and no instructions for getting inside. There was nobody downstairs at the entrance to help. It was very dirty and dusty, and the online pictures were deceptive. The booking didn’t mention any prepayment, but someone named Neha kept messaging me many times over several days, saying she had a "bulk booking" and I needed to pay ASAP. It was stressful. There was absolutely no city view, and I couldn’t carry the luggage on my own, so I decided not to stay. When I cancelled, they wanted to charge me the full stay without considering my feedback or reason for cancelling.

At 11:30 PM, despite having a confirmed Booking.com reservation, we were told there were no rooms left. The place looked nothing like the photos and the outside felt like a construction site. It’s far from the airport, and the staff did nothing to help us find somewhere else. We had to arrange our own cab and go back near the airport to find accommodation. Communication was extremely difficult because the staff couldn’t speak basic English. The service was very unprofessional, and the pictures were misleading. Not recommended at all for international travelers.

Getting here is a hassle. From Kurla on the Central Line or Andheri on the Western Line, you’re basically dependent on rickshaw drivers. A shared rickshaw from Kurla station West costs ₹30 per person, and even the staff weren’t helpful when I called for directions or a landmark. It’s on the road from Kamani Traffic Signal to Bell Bazar. I’d only choose it if there were no other options.

The rooms seemed a decent size, but then I saw stains all over the sheets. Customer service was worse than zero stars, if that were possible. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you care about hygiene or your own well-being.
