Hotel Liberty Plaza

It's handy for Phoenix Mall and the airport, though the hotel could use renovation. A few small jobs would improve it a lot, like repainting the walls, dusting the furniture, and freshening up the bathroom.

Nice place, and the rooms were clean.

I paid 2800 after booking seven days in advance, and it was a huge mistake. This was the third-rate hotel I've ever seen. It's down a small galli, so a car can't get there; you have to park somewhere on the road and walk. There's no car parking, and they didn't mention that anywhere. I thought a 3-star place would follow some basic decorum. #Fraud #Scam

We were there for three nights right at the start of our trip. The staff were friendly and very helpful, including with train tickets and getting cash, and they gave us plenty of bottled water for free. The location wasn't what we'd pictured from a quick Google Maps look; there were fewer shops around than it seemed. Tourist sights are about an hour away, though taxis are very cheap, especially with Uber. The rooms weren't as clean as we'd hoped, and water leaked through the walls onto the pillows and bedding.
