OYO 74383 Hotel Grand Tulip

The floor became like a swimming pool because all the water from the AC collected in the room. I paid in advance for two days in an AC room, but there was no electricity all night, not even lights. The infrastructure is awful; this place doesn't deserve even 200 rupees a night. It's only a hotel for girlfriends and boyfriends, and then only for two hours. I don't know why people call it a hotel. It's worse than a Gowshala. Please don't come here. Better to stay in some gurudwara.

I booked two AC rooms, but they gave me one AC room and one non-AC room. The washrooms had poor water supply, and the mattress was badly torn. When I asked for a refund, the executive put it in my Ola wallet instead of sending it to my bank account.

The location was very bad, and there was no parking. The furniture was third class, and the bathrooms had no door handles. Worst hotel. There should be a negative rating option and a way to upload photos or videos so everyone can see.

The service was fast, but my booked room was changed and I was charged extra after paying the booking amount. I also had to call several times about a single booking.
