The staff were kind and responsible, and the location right opposite the KSRTC bus stand made catching buses easy for us. The rooms are a bit pricey, though. Still, a good place.

The room felt humid and uncomfortable because of poor upkeep and ventilation. I had reluctantly paid for a deluxe room after being told that standard rooms weren't available, but when I arrived it was no different from a standard one. When I raised these concerns, the staff were arrogant and unhelpful. The whole experience was disappointing, from the booking onward, and I can't recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was average, but paying so much for two rooms left us feeling taken advantage of. It was late at night and we had nowhere else to go, so we felt we had to accept the high price. The pricing seemed to take advantage of guests in that position instead of being fair, and it left a sour taste.

Booked the room around 7 PM, then the next day they wanted us to check out at 12. I thought checkout was after 24 hours, so I didn't understand that. Sorry I booked here. The service was very poor. The TV didn't work and the AC wouldn't cool, and even after calling several times nobody came to fix them. In the morning I asked reception for a cup of coffee and was told to call the mobile number on the room menu card. I called from my own phone four times. It rang, but no one answered or called back. The health faucet and shower came out like a power washer, which was painful too.
