I'd booked the room for 3 nights, but family in the hospital meant I had to be with them and couldn't sleep there for the first 2. On the third night, I came back exhausted after getting no sleep and found the room crawling with cockroaches. There were more than 100 spread everywhere. They were everywhere!

The hotel and its location are good, but the service is very poor. Staff don't respond on time and behave unprofessionally. If that gets resolved, it'd be a very good place to stay.

The rooms are well-appointed, the charges are moderate, and the staff are courteous. There are good restaurants nearby, and the hotel is close to both the RTC Bus Stand and RK Beach, with good connectivity. A prime location, recommended for a family stay.

Apart from that, it was okay. The room wasn't clean, and I had to ask several times to get it cleaned. The washroom fittings were loose and needed maintenance. There was also some construction beside the room, which caused occasional disturbance.

The location is good and it's easy to reach the station railway station. Art of City.
