A good location by itself isn't enough, the facilities need to be good too. The staff were extremely rude and uncooperative, and the room was in such poor condition that staying there with family was difficult. Basic facilities fell short, cleanliness had no standard, and it felt like customers weren't valued at all. The whole experience was irritating and disappointing. I'd give zero stars if I could, and won't stay here again.

We found the location convenient, with nearby attractions and activities easy to reach. The rooms were a highlight, clean, tidy, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Our family also enjoyed the hotel's facilities and amenities. The attentive, friendly staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, and the service throughout our recent family stay was wonderful.

The staff's behavior made this a terrible stay. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in serving guests, with no apparent training in basic customer service. They also crossed a line with inappropriate comments and advances toward me and my companions. It left us feeling uncomfortable, violated, and unwelcome. I strongly advise against staying here.

The location is the best thing about this hotel, right in the heart of the city, and the 24/7 room service is quite good. The rooms were awesome, though not 5-star 😂, and the price seems reasonable for the location. Seasonal price changes are annoying, though, so it fell short of a 5-star rating.
