Itsy By Treebo - Vrk Residency

The rooms were good, with a TV, AC, and a nice bathroom. Privacy was good too, and nobody disturbed us. But there's no complimentary food, and they asked me to pay extra even though I arrived just 20 mins before check in. Staff were a bit rude and spoke to me like they were giving me the room for free. They seem money minded.

I was told by an OYO lady executive that I could check in early. She confirmed it on the phone and took a 30% advance, but once I got to the hotel, management refused the early check in and demanded another 30% charge. It feels like OYO and the hotel management are playing a game together. This was disgusting and ridiculous. I'm very unhappy with OYO management and the executive for making false promises and cheating the public.

Cockroaches everywhere, no maintenance, and really rude staff. Worst hotel ever. It couldn't get much worse.

The rooms themselves are good, but there's no room service. I booked through OYO at 11 pm, and the hotel staff said there were no rooms unless I paid an extra 500/-. Before check-in, they demanded more money, and I ended up arguing with management for 30 minutes. I'd suggest not booking online or choosing this property.
