The rooms look neat, but maintenance is very poor. The health wash guns in all the toilets were in the wrong position, and water came through the taps and flush very slowly. Lighting was weak in the rooms and especially dark in the toilets, and they don't replace bulbs when they burn out. The administration seems very focused on getting money from customers and not interested in maintaining the rooms. I wouldn't stay until they change their attitude and improve maintenance.

The room felt cramped, and the mattress was uncomfortable. The lighting wasn’t good either, maybe 2 stars for that. I had a terrible stay in the executive room, and they charge an extra 400 per hour if checkout runs more than 10 minutes late.

The location is a real plus, but cleanliness was only average and needs work. If you’re booking online based just on the amenities listed, be careful, since many of them aren’t actually available.

The room and bathroom are a good size, and the staff and location were good too. But the room felt dusty and poorly lit, and didn’t have a pleasant smell or feel. The curtains looked like they hadn’t been washed in a year, I guess.

They were able to accommodate an early check-in for a small charge. The staff were polite and understood what I needed. The location, price, cleanliness, and safety all impressed me.
