OYO Collection O Dabagardens Near RK

The AC worked, which was the one saving grace. Everything else was horribly dirty. We had to pay the housekeeping ladies to sweep, and the mop they used was filthy. The bedsheets and towels looked as if they hadn't been washed for months. I have no more words for it. I wouldn't recommend Oyo properties. It seems they don't have a standard checklist for hotels joining their network.

I left without staying because the place didn't meet basic hygiene standards. The bedsheets and pillow covers looked as though they hadn't been changed in days, and one room had a bathroom light that didn't work.

Our Agoda room had no key, and when we asked to switch rooms, staff said every other room was occupied. The geyser didn't work, there was no bathroom mat, and the room wasn't serviced for three days. We asked them to fix the geyser but got no response. The reception gave us no proper help, and the service was terrible.

I stayed for about seven days and had a good experience. The room was spacious, had excellent furniture, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I changed rooms several times without any inconvenience, and the receptionist who welcomed me was very nice. Shopping malls and restaurants are nearby. Thanks to all the staff.
