The hotel looked good from outside, but the room showed a very different picture. In room 405, the bedsheet and blanket were dirty, smelled bad, and were torn, and there were bedbugs in the bed. The AC remote didn't work properly, the bathroom was dirty, and the toilet flush wasn't working properly. I don't think room 405 was the only one, all the rooms seemed to be in the same condition. We stayed three nights, and the elevator suddenly stopped working one day. The plates used to serve food were dirty as well. Staff weren't professional. They did the work, but only after being told many times. The service was awful for the price.

The washrooms are very old and not maintained. It was a pathetic, very costly stay with zero service and zero cleanliness. Go for it if you're okay living with cockroaches and dust 😄.

The owners were very rude to customers, and the hotel staff's behavior wasn't good either. The service was very bad, with charges for unnecessary things and more. I ordered a Bisleri bottle, but they gave me regular water in a Bisleri bottle. It doesn't deserve even one star, though that's the lowest option I had.

We asked the staff to clean the room, but they responded rudely. It was already very dirty, and the bedsheets hadn't been changed. There were no towels or soap, and the water came in open bottles that appeared to be filled with municipality water. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They wouldn't give us another room when we asked, even though the bathroom door lock didn't work properly. The room had bedbugs and cockroaches, and the bathroom and bedsheets weren't cleaned or changed, even after we asked about the sheets ten times. There wasn't even a water bottle or towel. Staff didn't respond to service requests, and if you hand over your room key, they never clean the room. Worst hotel I've ever seen. The service is awful.
