The rooms are often unclean and full of cockroaches. There were cigarettes scattered around, and the previous guest had left the toilet unflushed after using it for number two.

Worst OYO website and worst SINDHURA HOTEL. These hotel people are fraud, and OYO seems to go hand in hand with them. OYO shows fully booked hotels as available, and the hotel owner confirms availability. OYO takes partial payment, then when we call, the greedy hotel staff cancel the booking and take other customers for more money. Please do not book at this hotel or any hotel through OYO. OYO agents put you on hold for 20-25 minutes for one call resolution, then come back with no solution. They take the money, and it takes 7-14 business days to get it back!

The staff were okay, but the rooms, washrooms, and beds weren’t well maintained. The water wasn’t good to use. If you’re sensitive or very particular about hygiene, please avoid this hotel.

The hotel is close to NH 16 and well connected to the city. The WiFi is good, and the sofa and bed were nice. Staff were good too, but cleanliness in the room was only average and sanitization wasn’t good. There was no water from 5 am to 6 am, no proper car parking, and no waste bin in the room.

Sitting on the balcony looking out over the room, I didn’t want to go home the next day. Everyone was so polite, and nothing seemed like a bother. The service was excellent, and the whole stay felt just right. Breakfast had lots to choose from and was great. We’d definitely come back.
