The service was poor, and the hotel's name differed from what was shown in the booking. There was no proper entrance or signboard. They didn't provide water, soap, a towel, or even a dustbin unless we insisted. The washrooms weren't clean. Please share the exact hotel name in advance and check whether the place is genuine.

The booked hotel refused the online booking and demanded that we book directly offline. This was a very bad experience, and I would give zero stars. Your organization doesn't seem to know which hotels are actually tied up with you. Refund my amount.
