The geyser worked during my winter stay, and the location was good, within walking distance of har ki pauri and the railway station. The rooms were just ok ok. I stayed for one day, and you have to show your bargaining skills to get a low price, otherwise they ask for more. You can consider it if your expectations are minimal.
Har Ki Pauri is around 2 km away, and the room tariff was ₹2500. After I asked, the bedsheets were changed, but they still looked old. I ordered tea to the room, and it arrived from outside the hotel in a plastic bag with disposable glasses, which was disappointing. It was an average stay, with room to improve cleanliness and how service is presented.
The service was very good, and the people were well behaved. The rooms were excellent, and the location was very good, close to every tourist place.
Whenever I visit Haridwar, I mostly use this hotel. The railway station and bus station are within walking distance, and some of the best food courts are nearby. You can also order a meal at the hotel. The rooms are hygienic, and the staff are very cooperative.
