Hotel Once

The owner was rude. I booked an AC stay, but was shown a room with just a bed, no space around it, and no AC. The bed was pressed against the wall. The owner even had the nerve to ask who gives an AC room for 500 INR. It was midnight and I had nowhere else to go, but two people couldn't fit in that room. Worst stay I've had. Shame on the staff and on Oyo for listing this property.

The bathroom was smaller than a train toilet, its tap was stuck, and the toilet seat was missing. In the morning, the manager told me to use the toilet in another room. Seriously? The door knob was broken, and dust was everywhere. The pillow covers and bedsheet were dirty, with ants around and on the bed. The AC was on but didn't cool, and they hadn't provided a remote. There was Wi-Fi, but I couldn't connect, and the promised TV wasn't there. I've recorded a video of all this. The photos and listed facilities are fake. There's no professionalism here. This property is awful, and even one star is too much.

This was the worst experience I've had. The room was in awful condition, really shabby. I'd never check in here again.

The room wasn't what I expected. They had other rooms available but gave me a small one with a broken toilet. I asked several times for another room, but they refused and said none were available.
