The food stood out during my stay at Hotel Pragati The Grand. Breakfast had a decent range of fresh, well-made dishes, and room service arrived on time with staff taking care over requests. The hotel is handy for main roads, business areas, and local attractions, and its modern but relaxed feel seemed suited to families and business guests alike. My room was roomy and practical, with a comfortable bed, fresh linens, and consistently good housekeeping. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout. I found the stay pleasant and comfortable, with clean rooms, good food, and responsive service for the price. I’d happily recommend it for a visit to the area.

Mr. Fateh singh gave especially good service and hospitality. The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the food is high quality. It’s a budget-friendly stay that I’d gladly choose again. Definitely worth experiencing.

The hygiene was awful. There was a lizard on the wall or ceiling right by our table, and mosquitoes were everywhere. I took photos, and it left me wondering whether the positive reviews are genuine. I chose Hotel Pragati The Grand because of its 4.4-star Google rating, but this was one of my worst experiences and the rating felt misleading. Ranjit, in particular, was rude and arrogant. He argued with us about the order and bill instead of helping, with no professionalism at all. Customers shouldn't be treated that way. Poor service, filthy conditions, and rude staff made for a terrible visit. I strongly don't recommend this place.

We came to Ahmedabad for a marriage function and stayed two nights. The location worked really well, and service was good. Breakfast from the morning buffet was nice. The rooms were just okay.
