Hotel S G

My confirmed booking didn’t get me a room. Once my check-in time had passed, the receptionist said the room wasn’t ready. When I pointed that out, he shouted and told me to cancel and leave. There was no apology or explanation, just rude and aggressive behavior. The hotel kept my money even though it denied me check-in. Goibibo gave me no clear way to request a refund or speak to anyone. Both sides seemed completely indifferent to a genuine problem. The building itself is one of the worst around, with a broken lift and cheap, poorly kept interiors that don’t match the online photos. It felt abandoned. I won’t forget being treated this way, and I’d tell people to stay away unless they want to feel insulted and cheated.
