That would have been easier to accept if basic things were provided, but there were no toiletries, tea or coffee sachets, or kettle. It felt like a rip-off. WiFi was the one useful thing. There's a big TV, but it had no connection and stayed broken after they said they'd fix it. There was no reliable staff around, except a young boy who was often unavailable. Mr Ketan Patel, at the counter, knows how to get money from customers without providing proper facilities. My stay at HOTEL SAI INN was a complete disaster and a waste of money. Beware of choosing HOTEL SAI INN based on Booking.com reviews. I was completely disappointed.

I paid ₹1300 for a room through Booking.com. The washroom was in poor shape, and the waste bin hadn't been emptied. What concerned me most was finding a 10/10 review posted on Booking.com under my name, which wasn't true.
