It took two hours on the phone with Oyo to sort out these problems. If a call dropped, the agent I’d been speaking to wouldn’t come back, so I had to explain everything again to a new person. A very, very bad experience. Even though I’d asked for somewhere near the station, the hotel they assigned was about 4 km away. Then Oyo raised the room price by ₹214 the next day, and the manager wanted extra money at checkout, despite my having paid the full amount the day before.

There are lots of eateries downstairs, and the location is excellent, right in the center. It also felt safe for women traveling alone, with no rowdy crowd around. The manager is great and the staff are helpful. The rooms are nice, with different prices depending on their size. It feels like home.

We paid, but the hotel still wouldn’t give me a room, saying they hadn’t given any rooms to Oyo. We had to find somewhere else. Please refund my money, and don’t cheat customers like me.

The room was tiny for three people, and although I’d booked an AC room, the AC didn’t work. The TV and intercom phone were also out of order. I booked for three, but they only provided a double bed and said the third person would get an extra bed, which meant that person had to sleep on the floor. It’s near Rajasthan hospital, which may be convenient, but I’d recommend finding another place. Don’t book this one at any cost, even if they offer it for free. One of the worst hotels I’ve booked. I’d rate it -5 (minus 5).

He wouldn’t accept the OYO price, so we had to cancel and pay extra because that’s what he demanded. There were no towels or toiletries.
