Getting around was easy, with transport available around the clock and shopping nearby. The location also suits people visiting for work. The entrance, lobby and reception look appealing, and the staff were trained, well-mannered and quick to serve. The property itself could use more attention to the colors and bedroom fixtures. My main concern was cleanliness. The room and bathroom weren't properly clean, and I don't think the bed linen was changed for new guests. It looked like the sheets were just turned over, and the same seemed true of the dohar and pillow covers. I noticed women's hair on the linen, in the room and in the bathtub. There was also a bathroom leak. OYO should check and fix these issues. Food was just okay. Breakfast had two options along with bread and butter, tea and coffee, but it wasn't something I enjoyed. Lunch and dinner choices were very limited: whatever you ordered, only shahi thali seemed to be available, and outside food wasn't allowed in the hotel. The prices also didn't match the menu because they had changed but the menu hadn't been updated. OYO should improve this to meet the flagship standard. Overall, an okay one-time stay. The OYO flagship name is what brought me in; also check the hotel photos and video.

I keep choosing this hotel for business trips because the rooms are clean, have the essentials, and the price is reasonable. The AC units are old, but they work. Food choices are limited. For the best experience, book a Maple room through the Treebo app.

Food was average, though Pathika restaurant at Hotel Pathikashram has the best food in this category, in my view. Hotel Pathikashram is owned by the Government of Gujarat. I had a bad experience with Treebo's pricing. The official website showed 1623 per day including tax, while Google showed 1818. When I paid, I was charged 2763 per day including tax. I consider that cheating, so avoid this hotel. I complained to their corporate office and was told prices are dynamic and can change. If you're considering a Treebo hotel in India, think twice, since the price could go up substantially later. Guests coming from other countries should keep that in mind before checking in. This applies to all Treebo Group Hotels in India.

I stayed for one night and won't recommend this hotel or stay there again. The staff seemed unprofessional and casual, and didn't seem to care what guests needed. After checking out in the morning, I realized my wristwatch, worth Rs 4000, was missing from the room. I called the hotel as soon as I remembered, but nobody answered. When I went back that evening, I still didn't get the watch. They said they hadn't noticed it. I believe the hotel should contact a guest promptly if something is left behind.
