Treebo Sky Point

There were cockroaches all over the bed in the room. They also refused to arrange breakfast. The location didn't feel suitable for a family stay.

It's a block from main Hill Cart Road, and having car parking is a plus in this area. A small team keeps the hotel running, but everything felt dirty and neglected. Betel stains are smeared around, the staircase is best avoided, and the lift is a filthy mess with spit on the buttons. The rooms are worn out, the TV and AC malfunction, and the electronic systems are old and damaged. The linens were old and dirty. They did replace them, but seeing them scattered on the dirty floor was off-putting. Housekeeping doesn't come until after 11 am, and before then the single corridor is used as a pantry and left with food scraps. The place is operating, though its future seems uncertain, and I'm surprised Treebo hasn't addressed the conditions. During surge pricing, it's very expensive for somewhere with so little basic cleanliness and maintenance.

A miserable stay. The staff were lazy and didn't look after the guests.

The staff kept assuring me they'd handle my requests, but nothing got done. The AC and TV didn't work, and the breakfast was poor. Even after I complained, the hotel staff took no action. A complete waste of money.
