We stopped here overnight while traveling from delhi to kaziranga. The room was spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities. Check-in and checkout were quick, the staff were polite, and both dinner and breakfast were good.

The food was delicious and came quickly. For lunch we ordered simple rice, dal, eggs, and aloo dum, all fresh. Breakfast was poori-sabji and aloo paratha, which were really tasty. I was also glad to see many women on the staff team, which is inspiring. After our North Bengal trip, we stayed at The Loft Hotel in Siliguri, about 20 minutes by car from NJP Station. We had a wonderful stay. The room and toilet were spacious, neat, and clean, and the extra bed was a folding iron bed rather than just a mattress.

I booked this hotel about six months ago for a holiday in Siliguri two weeks from now. They’ve just cancelled my booking because the whole hotel is reserved for a wedding. They should have told me much earlier. Now I have to rearrange all my holiday plans at the last minute, which is very inconvenient.

I stayed for a month and would gladly come back. The location was wonderful, the food at the restaurant was good, and the chef cooked very tasty meals. I can’t remember his name, but he wore a white coat and was very handsome. Every staff member was polite and helpful. Five-star service overall.
