Rajiv deserves a special mention. He's smart and helpful, and when I explained what I wanted to eat, he understood and brought me something even better than I'd asked for. Well done to him. I had a pleasant week there, and also want to commend the manager and assistant manager.

The head chef made and presented a cake especially for us since I was celebrating my mom's birthday. The breakfast buffet was good, though it could have been better. My family and I had booked two rooms while heading to Gangtok, and service was good right from the start. We were then upgraded to connected rooms. Everything about the stay was great.
