The bedsheets, pillows, and towels were dirty, and the room hadn’t been cleaned. The manager was rude and arrogant. We stayed one night, and they charged us a full day’s rent for leaving just one hour late. We asked them to reconsider, but they refused and made us pay. Even a local auto driver knew about the hotel’s behavior and said the manager always treats customers this way. Stay away.

For 1400 rs, the AC room was worse than a public toilet. There were two fans and an AC, but the fans didn’t work and it still felt hot. The 0.5 ton onida AC took four hours to cool the room. You can only dream of finding a clean room here. Worst experience of my life.

The helpers were good, and the price was low, but the rooms were dirty and full of insects. We were three people there in the first week of September and paid 800 rupees, including car parking. It’s close to the railway junction, and you may need to negotiate a bit to get a good deal.

The staff were well mannered, especially the workers, though the receptionist may not be very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean, with water running 24 hours a day, so there were no water supply issues. There are enough hotels around for food or a place to stay. It’s opposite the lane from Siliguri junction traffic checkpost. For 600-700rs, it’s a cheap enough place to spend 1-2 days.
