Room 304 was in terrible shape, with the walls crumbling into dust. The tap was hard to operate, and the instant water heater didn’t heat. They even asked us to pay for blankets and soap, and there weren’t proper towels. The hotel is on Sevoke Road, and while the staff were supportive, the rest of the experience was awful. I really can’t recommend this place.
Royal residency is in a great location. The room and bathroom were clean and hygienic, and the service was very good. A lovely stay.

The rooms were wonderful, and the staff were pleasant and gave excellent service.
The view and location were nice, and room service was good. But the room wasn’t maintained properly, there were no ceiling fans, and the window AC was very noisy. There was a bad smell, no restaurant, and vehicle noise from the road along with the clock tower. I also felt overcharged.
