Hotel Ganapati is on Bidhan Road in central Siliguri, around 1.7 km from the city center. This well-known 3-star budget luxury hotel also has a multi-cuisine restaurant, with local and international dishes. The menu includes Bengali food, North Indian choices such as Paneer Butter Masala, Chicken Bharta and Mutton Kasha, Chinese and Continental dishes, plus Mutton Rogan Josh, Tandoori Kebabs and local fish specialties like Hilsa. Inside is The Dog Villa Cafe, a pet-friendly wing with a special menu for people and their pets. Room options are air-conditioned Economy Double Rooms, Budget-Luxury Rooms, Deluxe Twin Rooms and Superior King Suites. All have free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle and a private bathroom. The hotel also lists a gym, sauna or steam room, airport shuttle, free parking and banquet or conference facilities as needed. Room service is available 24 hours for guests. Breakfast runs from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, while lunch and dinner are served from 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM, extending to 10:30 PM on Wednesdays and Fridays.

The breakfast counter was a lovely start to the day, thanks to the lady there and her warm hospitality and bright smile. Ms. Sahana deserves a special mention too: she was efficient, kind, and clearly cared about guests. Everyone on staff was friendly, and I had some of the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thank you to Sahana and the whole team for making our stay so special. If you want to be treated like royalty, this is the place.

The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay, and Sahana deserves special thanks for her assistance and hospitality. We found the atmosphere welcoming, and the location convenient. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was a very pleasant stay at Hotel Ganpati, and I’d definitely recommend it.

I come to Siliguri every month for work as a health care professional, and this was my first stay at Hotel Ganapathi. The hotel was very nice and hygienic. I met Miss Sahana here, and her behavior and memorable cooperation could impress anyone. I hope to visit again next time.
