If you're looking for a hotel near Junction, this is in a perfect spot. The room is spacious enough, the amenities are modern, and the service is spot on. The food is mouthwatering!

Nothing fancy, but good for the price. The rooms near Pradhan Nagar in siliguri were simple and clean, the AC and geyser worked perfectly, and the staff were good. Check-in was quick.

We were so lucky to find this place. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and all the staff were lovely. The rooms were clean, the restaurant was handy and the food delicious, and the location was perfect. We'd just come from a hotel in Kolkata where cockroaches invaded the room at night, and you won't run into that problem here. We'll definitely stay again!

The staff were friendly and cooperative and talked with us well, but the service itself was lacking. Room service was very poor. At first the manager gave us a strange look. When we told him we were husband and wife, his expression changed and he started speaking to us properly, even though this is meant to be a couple-friendly hotel.

I paid 1210 for one night and felt I'd wasted it. The bedsheet was quite dirty, there were too many mosquitoes, and the washroom smelled bad. I asked for an all out because the machine already in the room wasn't working, but they refused and said they didn't have an all out machine. The person at reception was very rude.
