I paid an extra tariff, but had to check out early for personal reasons. The manager and owner wouldn’t refund me, and the daily tariff issue kept irritating me. I even decided I might stay until tomorrow and paid for that day, then checked out and asked for the money back, but they still refused. The owner doesn’t answer my calls about the refund. Guests aren’t treated with respect here. My experience was awful, and I’d tell people not to choose this staycation.

Our flight was missed, so we booked with only 15 minutes’ notice and arrived around 3 AM. The staff were helpful and let us check out at about 6 PM instead of the usual noon time. They also upgraded us to a deluxe room, which was clean and comfortable. Good value for the price.

This guest house felt like a complete waste of money. Better to sleep on a platform than spend it here.

The place looked old, the cleanliness was only moderate at best, and the bathroom was tiny. We were also charged extra for a third person per room, only to be given a stained bed to put on the floor. Seeing a cockroach made an already disappointing stay even worse. The staff were courteous enough, and there was Wi-Fi. Reviews had made it sound good for the price, but I strongly disagree.

It’s about 10 km from RK Beach, so it’s okay for a cheap tour. The rooms are so-so in size. This is a budget guest house without catering, though they can bring food in from outside if asked. Breakfast is limited to sada dosa, idli, and wada.
