I booked three rooms through booking.com and paid on the site, but when we arrived, staff said they had no rooms, despite having the booking confirmation on a phone. We had to find somewhere else to stay. The staff member was arrogant. The same hotel appears to operate under different names, including Hotel Balaji grand and Tanvi grand. It is also registered under another name with OYO. In my view, they prefer hourly customers over people booking a full day to make more money. Pathetic behavior. Don't book online here.

No maintenance at all. The room looked awful, with stains on the walls and bedsheet, and the bathroom was smelly. Hot water comes from a handle geyser.

The rooms are okay, but nothing special. They should make the room atmosphere nicer.

For the roughly Rs. 800 I paid, it was just about worth it. The staff were polite and quick, and the TV was a decent size and worked well. I didn't eat there, so I can't comment on the food. The room was small and the bathroom very cramped, with no ventilation at all. Cleanliness could be better, especially inside and with the bed linen. The AC was only average. To get a room temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, I had to set it to 18, which could be a problem if you like sleeping in a cool room.

We booked six rooms online, but on arrival we decided not to stay. The attendant said the deposit wouldn't be refunded, so we left without even asking for it back. The rooms were tiny, the bathrooms looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in many days, and cockroaches were around. The bed and pillow covers seemed like they hadn't been changed for months. This place is far below average. A very bad experience.
