Hotel Ruchi by OYO Rooms

The rooms have been newly renovated and are very good, with the basic amenities in place. But the food quality wasn't up to standard, so I had to go elsewhere to eat. In the evenings, smoke from the kitchen fills the stairwell. I wouldn't come back because of the food. Hope this helps.

Don't book this hotel or encourage anyone to stay here in Gazuvaka. The bathroom is poor, there's no water supply, and the authorities don't respond. There are also power problems and the AC isn't maintained. The rooms smell strongly, with gas-like fumes. It feels more like a hospital than a hotel.

We stayed in rooms 105 and 203 for two days, and it felt like a waste of money. The front desk staff were terrible and seemed to know nothing about running a hotel. Room service wasn't adequate, there was no tea or coffee, and the limited breakfast of idly and upma was awful. Find somewhere else nearby.

There were lots of mice, and I couldn't sleep at night. Water was leaking in the bathroom, and the rooms weren't clean. The staff's behavior was poor and they didn't respond promptly. Also, where is the Wi-Fi Oyo says is free?
