The bedsheets were dusty, dirty, torn, and covered in dark stains. The pillow covers were unclean, and the blanket had visible blood stains and spots. When we raised it with reception, they only gave us bedsheets and responded irresponsibly when we asked for a proper blanket. There were cockroaches in the room too, and the place badly needs maintenance. Hot water wasn't available before 9 AM. To get it earlier, we had to collect it from outside the room. The washroom had no jet spray, and the lift wasn't working properly. The service was poor throughout. We paid ₹2000 for two nights and it was a complete waste. I hated the stay and would give it zero stars. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The room was full of insects, and the sheets and pillow cover were dirty. The pillow cover also had black fungus. There were no towels or bathroom kit, and neither the shower nor the tap worked. Pathetic place, don't be fooled by the location.

The room was crawling with cockroaches, and the stained bedsheets looked used. There was no hot water or complimentary breakfast. For this price, a dormitory would be better. Utterly disappointed.

Everything was clean and neat, and the services were handled kindly. Nice room in an easy-to-reach location.

For Rs.1200 to 1300, it's decent, though not an excellent hotel. The room was okay, and the service team were helpful, even though I hardly needed any help. Hot water was available and there was dish TV, but no Wi-Fi, shampoo, or soap. It was hard to find because the hotel is on the 4th floor above Alpha hotel, with no sign outside.
