Townhouse MVP Sector With Kailasagiri Hill View

The location made it easy to get around, and check-in and checkout were quick and smooth. Staff were helpful and very polite, always greeting us with a smile. The bathroom was clean and had all the essentials, and the spacious, spotless room was comfortable, with cozy pillows and a bed that made for a great night's sleep. A wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations. I'd happily return and recommend it.

At Townhouse MVP, the room was filthy, insects were crawling on the bed, and the sheets didn't look washed or properly cleaned. Broken windows made the poorly maintained room feel unsafe. The washroom was unhygienic and in terrible shape, with a broken geyser. The property didn't meet even basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. I expect the issue to be addressed promptly, with a proper explanation and resolution. This wasn't the quality of stay I expected.

The Kailashgiri hill view they advertise can't be seen from most rooms, which seems intended to attract customers. The room was far smaller than described, and two of us had to share a 6"*4" bed. During our two nights, nobody changed the sheets or towels, even after we asked, and they provided no drinking water, mosquito liquid, or clothes hangers. The AC didn't work, though we paid the AC room rate. At reception, the man barely spoke, as if conversation cost him. Absolutely pathetic experience, not recommended.

The only upside was being near the beach and Kailasagiri mountain. We got no towels, even after asking, and the staff had a very casual attitude toward guests. The sheets and pillowcases were stained and dirty, there were no bins, and no water bottles were provided. Zero hospitality.
