I only stopped by for a casual dinner, but the starters and the distinctive flavors made the place stand out. The dishes felt like chef's specials, and I loved everything I tried.

I was here on a business trip. The food was okay, and the hospitality and service were nice. The hotel has a container-style design that fits its port theme, with an indoor ship-and-port atmosphere. Its location at the jagadhamba center is handy, near appliance shops, shopping malls, and restaurants.

I spent two nights here with my family, including two little kids. The location, interior, service, and everything else were really nice, so I highly recommend it. I was surprised by some low ratings and wondered what more someone could expect beyond what we were given. That's just my point of view, but I'd recommend this place without hesitation.

The only drawback for me was the limited basement parking, though security was there to manage it. Otherwise, I had a great three-night stay in June 2025, with fantastic rooms, professional housekeeping, and excellent service. Pier 57, the ground-floor restaurant, serves excellent vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, and the buffet breakfast was great too. I'd readily recommend it to anyone visiting Vishakhapatnam.
