Oyo 14323 Anupama Hotel

I rarely post negative reviews, but this hotel was a huge disappointment and not worth the price. The room looked nothing like the online photos. It was small, dim, musty, and had stained sheets. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with mold on the walls and a broken showerhead. I asked to move, but staff said every room was full, even though the hotel seemed nearly empty. Getting an extra towel took three calls and more than an hour. The staff were unresponsive and nearly rude. When we complained that the air conditioner wasn’t working properly in 40°C heat, they shrugged and said, “It happens sometimes.” The advertised “lavish buffet” breakfast was a joke: cold tea, stale bread, and flies all around. We ate outside every day instead. The dining area’s hygiene was unacceptable.

TV didn’t work, there was no hot water, and the cot and bed were damaged. The taps leaked, the blankets weren’t washed properly, and there was no room service. The place was dirty, and fungus came from the tap water. The AC could be entered by anyone from outside the bathroom. The worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Even one star feels like a waste.

Beds were full of bed bugs, there was no hot water, and the room service didn’t match the price. I called reception several times for towels and still had none after an hour. They said they’d switched on the geezer, but there was no hot water even after one and a half hours. At midnight, I found a cat in my room cupboard with kitchens, and the room filled with a pungent smell and became suffocating. This hotel made my long-awaited family trip horrible. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The room was a decent size, but it wasn’t clean. The stairway had dirty plates and empty beer bottles, and the elevator was in painfully bad condition. A bathroom pipe leaked all night. The staff weren’t cooperative. I didn’t try the food.
