I felt cheated and offended in front of my family. Auto rickshaw drivers bring guests here and, as far as I could tell, get commission from the hotel. The staff then overcharge guests, so it feels like the drivers and hotel are working together to cheat people. The receptionist or manager, I'm not sure which, was very rude. Service was poor for the price, which was high for such a low standard. This place seemed completely focused on money. A terrible stay.

It's a nice place to stay and very close to the railway station. Like other hotels, prices go up during peak season.

The room was filthy, with old sheets and dirty food left on the bed. Very bad room, not clean at all.

The staff and manager were both rude and unfriendly. They looked as if serving guests was a burden. The service was bad for what they charge, and they didn't provide a good level of service. Don't trust an auto driver's recommendation. Check Google reviews before booking, and I suggest using Rapido instead of taking a direct auto.

There wasn't even a geyser, despite it being winter, and I paid 2k for one day, which is much too high compared with other hotels. The receptionist was very rude, the rooms and toilets were dirty, and the bedsheets hadn't been washed. There were no basic or proper facilities. This was the worst hotel I've experienced, a waste of money. You can get a better room at another hotel for 2k.
