Hotel Ravichander

A good place to stay, and the room prices aren’t too high.

Google only lets me give one star, though this deserves less. It was the worst stay of my life. The AC and flush didn’t work, there were bed bugs and all kinds of insects on the bed, and the small rooms were unbelievably dirty. The receptionist was very rude, the place was overpriced and underserved, and there was no telecom service to complain about any of it.

I felt comfortable here during a short vacation from Los angles, and I highly recommend it for the money. Hotel Ravi Chandra is an eco-friendly hotel in Vizag district, a couple of blocks from the central location and 1.7 KM miles from the rail station. The furnished rooms have comfortable beds, air-conditioning, free WiFi, work desks, flat-screen TVs and bathrooms with water-conserving toilets. The LED TV has 150 Plus, and the rooms and suites have a quirky feel. The cleaning staff did a very good job. There’s a lift, hot water, fresh drinking water and lunch available at extra cost. It’s also close to a movie theater and city center.

We checked out early because of the terrible conditions. The bedsheets had blood marks, the bathroom was awful, and the towels were dirty and full of holes. No one took our complaints seriously. The walkways and rooms weren’t cleaned at all, and even the Vizag roads are cleaner than the hotel walkway. Worst hotel.
