It was an overall poor experience. The hotel is near RK beach, but the room was just okay and often had no water. It also wasn’t cleaned for three days, and there was no room service or drinking water facility. When we asked for help, the staff were unsupportive and seemed not to care. Better to choose a good hotel.

The rooms were very clean and felt luxurious for a reasonable price. The hotel is in a great spot, about 300m from the beach. The manager took good care of guests and was really helpful, arranging tours for me to Araku valley and Borra caves.

The location worked out nicely, close to everything but not right in the middle of the bustle. My room at Akshaya Grand was so comfortable I nearly forgot it was time to check out. Service was pretty good too, almost like they could read my mind. A solid stay! ✨🏨📍😊

We had a water problem, and there was also a mess over the price. We’d agreed to stay for six hours for 1500, but at checkout they said it would be 2200 for a full day and wouldn’t accept anything less. The manager denied the earlier 1500 agreement. When we asked why no one had told us sooner, so we could have left, staff gave lame excuses. It felt like a pure scam. I paid because I was from outside. Stay at your own risk.

The rooms and amenities are basic, but they work for large groups, especially for weddings and other family functions. There’s no restaurant or food available, so you’ll need to arrange catering.
