The Beacon Hotel Visakhapatnam

The food was a highlight for me. Every meal was fresh and delicious, and it was presented thoughtfully with quality ingredients. This small boutique hotel has a cozy feel, and the rooms were spotless, well kept, comfortable, and quiet. The staff and management were skilled and professional. They handled requests quickly and discreetly, with a helpful, attentive manner that never felt intrusive. It made for a relaxing, stylish stay that was also practical, with service that ran very smoothly.

The room was lovely, clean, and hygienic, and the hospitality was pretty good. Every dish tasted great, the food was amazing. Overall, the hotel was satisfactory.

We booked for three adults, but there was no bed for the third person. I had already told the receptionist, yet nothing was arranged at check-in. After three reminders, we finally got one around 9 pm. The staff were unsupportive. They were willing to allow early check-in for a direct booking, but told us we'd only get a room after 2 pm. The rest is your choice.

I'm a traveler and have stayed at many Vizag hotels, including Green Park, Meghalaya, and Daspolla. This was my worst experience. Room 201 was tiny for the cost of 3500, and there was no parking. Coming here felt like a waste of money. Reshma on staff didn't understand my issue and kept putting everything on the company. At checkout they focused only on the money, with no concern about a future booking. I strongly suggest not staying here.
