The Beach Holiday Home

Being near the beach is about the only advantage here, and the price is very high. I'd spend time looking around because there are better places available. We booked after being told it was like a service apartment, but the rooms were dusty and unclean, with no cupboards or hangers. They don't clean daily or change the sheets, and when we asked for fresh ones, we were told there'd be an extra charge. There's one AC for two rooms and just one bathroom. The boy Arun kept asking us for money, family members were treated rudely, and the owner banged on the door telling us to check out straight away. There was no parking either. WORST hotel I've come across.

The owner and staff were excellent with us. They even let us check out five hours late for free, since the room wasn't booked that day, after our check-in had been five hours late too. Room no 4 is the best of the lot, and the sea-facing rooms have a great view. The property is very close to beach road. Our room was comfortable and cozy, with clean toiletries, but the bathroom fittings were very poor quality. Still, an excellent stay in Vizag, about 4/5 stars.

We stayed on the first floor in a large room with a balcony. The place is near the beach and works nicely for friends or family, but the room wasn't well maintained. Don't choose the complimentary breakfast, it was awful. They don't have a restaurant.

The location is the best part, with the beach just a short walk away. It's a great service apartment for family get-togethers or functions. The rooms are furnished with beds, a sofa, TV, dining table, and cutlery, and the balcony is really spacious.
