Hotel B Square by OYO Rooms

Room service was really poor, and the phone in the room didn't work. The bedsheets and blankets weren't clean, and the rooms themselves weren't tidy either. You can't order food from outside, and the only choices from their restaurant are biryani or fried rice. Not a good stay.

We arrived with our family of six, including a three-year-old, after booking two rooms through Agoda two days earlier. At the hotel, we were told all the rooms had been sold, and the poor communication between them and Agoda left us to deal with the problem. It was a horrible experience we'll never forget. The lift barely fits two people, and the staircase is old and rusty. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We booked three rooms. The rooms, bathrooms, and general ambience were nice, and the staff were friendly, but check-in took an hour. They gave us towels and toiletries after we asked, but only for one room. There were no water bottles, and the drinking water cans on each floor were in very poor condition. There's a restaurant attached, though we didn't try it.

The rooms are okay, but the cleanliness needs work, and there were insects in the cupboards. There isn't any parking, and the service wasn't very good. Water wasn't available in the middle of the night, and there was no hot water either. They allow alcohol in the rooms, which didn't feel suitable for families.
