The stay is budget-friendly, with well maintained rooms, good food hygiene, and hot water available 24/7. It's also conveniently located near public transportation. I wasn't given any towels from the first day, though, and soap and shampoo were provided only once during my four day stay. Room service isn't available after 9:30 PM.

Booking here was a huge mistake. When I contacted reception after 9 PM about a concern, the receptionist bluntly said he couldn't help and told me to come at 9 AM. The electric kettle was dirty, with things left by previous guests. I asked staff to wash it; they took it away and never brought it back. The receptionist also bluntly claimed there was no extra mattress, but we found two in the inventory. There weren't any water bottles when we checked in, and somehow he blamed us and said we were lying.

The people here are really good, and the service is nice. The room was cozy and pleasant, a great place for somewhere like this. It was awesome. People should visit.

People say the staff explain the carbon cleaning process clearly and offer convenient home service. They also report better vehicle pickup and smoother running, with less noise and overheating after the service.
