There’s ample parking, and reception staff are available around the clock if you need help. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the Beach Road attractions, which is handy. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the staff were very helpful throughout. It’s comfortable for a short trip or overnight stop, and a decent choice for a quick, hassle-free stay.

Bed bugs and mosquitoes were everywhere, so no one could sleep here. I asked for a glass 10 times, but nobody brought anything. Worst experience ever.

The room was long, the bedroom was really cute, and it felt very safe.

I stayed here for four days during my Vizag trip, and it was a terrible experience. Room service didn’t arrive on time, and no cleaning was done even once. The worst part was checkout: they added unnecessary charges for things like water and food. When we said we hadn’t ordered those items, they claimed we had and said we had to pay. We took four rooms, and each room was charged extra. Terrible experience with the hotel, room service, and everything else.

They don’t provide a blanket, as if they want you to turn off the AC. They also won’t give a bill for room service. If you’re travelling for work, don’t choose this hotel. When you ask for a bill, they behave rudely.
