The hotel keeps the rooms very clean and well maintained. The staff provided outstanding service, and the location was excellent. Everything about my stay was exceptional, and I’ll definitely return.

Gowthami FO in front office helped us in all means. The rooms were spotless, the location was prime, and the staff’s hospitality was top-tier. Everything was handled perfectly, and I really valued the quality of our stay. It was outstanding from start to finish, and I’ll certainly be back.

The location is good and the AC is superb, and with some effort and training this place could be great. But avoid the 3rd floor rooms. They’re poorly maintained, and the bathrooms aren’t clean. The staff act as if customers are a burden, possibly because they’re paid poorly or not paid at all. Before giving a vacated room to a new customer, they should double-check it. Bedsheets should be new, washed, and free of stains, and the bathrooms should be clean. Service staff should treat customers well and with a smile. Bathing towels shouldn’t be used to clean toilet seats, at least not in front of guests. All the best.

At Quality Inn Bez Krishnaa, the location made it easy to get around, and the rooms were adequate and comfortable for my holiday. Service met my basic needs and was generally satisfactory. My stay was quite pleasant.
